Woden Green is a significant development east of the Woden Town centre bounded by Hindmarsh Drive and Callum Street. Woden Valley Community Council has been consulted by the developers, Hindmarsh, over several years prior to and during construction.
The architects, Scott Carver Pty Ltd, advise that “following recent upgrades to the cycleway, road infrastructure and pedestrian overpass, Hindmarsh plan to deliver the next stages in the Woden Green estate. Comprised of a series of 3-storey residential buildings, underground parking, landscaping and recreational facilities, the development will be delivered over two separate stages.
Hindmarsh have already been active in consulting with residents of the surrounding properties. Following lodgement with ACTPLA the Development Applications will be available for public view and comment.”
